THE PRESENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES APPLY TO SALES MADE ONLINE THROUGH HILDURSAB.COM. WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND CHECK “I HAVE READ AND I ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES” BOX AT THE PAYMENT SECTION OF THE WEBSITE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES.
- YOUR ORDER
WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE VALID AND ACCURATE PERSONAL INFORMATION, E.G.YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, E-MAIL. TO UNDERSTAND HOW HILDUR SAB PROCESSES THIS DATA, REFER TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY. ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER AND SUBJECT TO THE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION FROM HILDUR SAB AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT.
- SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND
THE PARCELS WILL BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL BY THE SWISS POST. PLEASE ALLOW FOR 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS FROM PURCHASE TO DELIVERY. HILDUR SAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY IN THE DELIVERY. WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO CONFIRM THAT YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN SHIPPED.
- SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF SWITZERLAND
DELIVERIES ABROAD ARE SENT BY REGISTERED POST THROUGH THE SWISS POST. PLEASE ALLOW FOR 5-10 DAYS FROM PURCHASE TO DELIVERY.
HILDUR SAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY IN THE DELIVERY.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. THESE ARE CHARGED TO THE RECIPIENT AND MUST BE TAKEN OVER BY YOU. HILDUR SAB WILL LABEL THE CONTENTS AND VALUE OF THE PACKAGE. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES DEPEND ON THE VALUE OF THE GOODS STATED ON THE PACKAGE. HILDUR SAB ASSUMES NO LIABILITY IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH THE IMPORT OF THE GOODS. PARCELS MAY BE OPENED AT CUSTOMS.
- RECEPTION OF YOUR ORDER
EACH PACKAGE MUST BE RECEIVED WITH THE CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO ORGANIZE THE RECEIPT OF THE PACKAGE. THE PERFORMANCE OF HILDUR SAB IS AN OBLIGATION THAT IS MET WHEN THE ORDERED PRODUCT IS HANDED OVER TO THE TRANSPORT COMPANY. THE RISK OF ACCIDENTAL DETERIORATION OR LOSS OF THE ORDERED PRODUCT PASSES TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE ORDERED PRODUCT IS HANDED OVER TO THE TRANSORT COMPANY. HILDUR SAB IS NOT LIABLE FOR ERRORS IN THE TRANSPORT COMPANY USED.
- PICK-UP PROCEDURE
- COLORS
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT COLORS ON THE WEBSITE WILL BE TRUE TO LIFE. THIS DEPENDS PARTLY ON THE COLOR SETTING OF YOUR COMPUTER AND MONITOR.

IN CASE AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT YOU MAY CONTACT US AT: HELLO@HILDURSAB.COM WE WILL THEN INFORM YOU WHEN THE ITEM IS IN STOCK AGAIN AND PUT YOUR NAME ON A WAITING LIST.
- RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
HILDUR SAB GLADLY ACCEPTS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, BUT NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT. RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF AN EMAIL HAS PREVIOUSLY BEEN SENT TO HELLO@HILDURSAB.COM WITHIN THE ABOVE INDICATED TIME. IF HILDUR SAB HAS NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF THE GOODS, THE RIGHT OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE EXPIRES. HILDUR SAB WILL REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RETURNED ITEM(S), HOWEVER THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN COST OF SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ALL OTHER EXPENSES. TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE. THE ITEM(S) SHOULD BE RETURNED NEW, UNUSED AND WITH ALL HILDUR SAB TAGS. RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, WASHED OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND MAY BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.
IF THE ITEM(S) ARE USED IN ANY OTHER WAY THAN DESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE, WE CONSIDER THE ITEM(S) AS USED AND THE ITEM(S) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. AS SOON AS WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURN PACKAGE, THE ITEM(S) WILL GO THROUGH A QUALITY CONTROL CHECK. ONCE THE RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED, ALL SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE REFUNDED THROUGH THE PAYMENT METHOD USED ORIGINALLY TO PURCHASE THE ITEM(S). IF SHIPPING COST HAVE BEEN APPLIED, THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL NOTIFICATION ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN INITIATED. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR ACCOUNT. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST DURING THE SHIPMENT BACK TO US. THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND YOU TO KEEP A POSTAGE RECEIPT WITH TRACKING NUMBER AS PROOF THAT THE PACKAGE WAS SENT.

- HILDUR SAB PRODUCT WITH A DEFECT
HILDUR SAB EXERCISES ITS BEST CARE TO PRODUCE HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS AND THAT HAVE PASSED ALL INTERNAL QUALITY AND ESTHETIC CONTROLS. UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT, YOU MUST INSPECT THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY. IF THE PRODUCT THAT YOU RECEIVE HAS A DEFECT, PLEASE RETURN IT TO HILDUR SAB PURSUANT TO THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE RULES SET FORTH IN PARAGRAPH 10, IN PARTICULAR WITHIN THE 14 DAYS NOTIFICATION DEADLINE. IN THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL, YOU MUST IN PARTICULAR EXPLAIN IN AS MANY DETAILS AS POSSIBLE WHAT THE DEFECT CONSISTS IN. UPON RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT THAT IS DETERMINED TO BE DEFECTIVE BY HILDUR SAB, HILDUR SAB WILL DETERMINE IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO EITHER REFUND YOU THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT AS PER THE TERMS SET FORTH FOR THE RETURN AND EXCHANGES IN PARAGRAPH 10 OR, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, SEND YOU BACK THE PRODUCT IN THE EXACT SAME SIZE AND COLOR.
